Hi, I'm Dillon. I work at the intersection of food science and real-world problem-solving. My background is in product development and R&D management, with a focus on dairy and non-dairy categories. I've spent my career helping teams bring ideas to life — whether that means launching new products, improving existing formulas, or finding smart cost savings without sacrificing quality.
I hold a B.S. in Food Science from Brigham Young University and an M.S. in Food Science from Utah State University. My education, paired with hands-on industry experience, has helped me bridge academic knowledge with practical product development.
I also believe deeply in service. Whether it's in my community, my church, or mentoring others, giving back and supporting people is central to who I am.
When I'm not working, you'll find me learning, reading, and spending time with my family.
